 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  We had a wonderful evening at the Blue Train last night! Our group of 10 visited France with a delicious menu, comprising French onion soup, 'Blanquette' of chicken in cream sauce, served on a bed of braised rice
and homemade creme brulee for dessert (which was to die for!!). Special thanks to our delightful waitresses for the evening - Emma and Charlotte who ensured we had everything we needed. Thanks to Chris for a great meal and charming patter along the way :0).

Meet the Conductor of Good Company – Chris Evans

Blue Train is owned and run by Chris Evans who has passion for days gone-by: classic cars, cocktails, good food, good wine and good company.

Chris has had over 30 magical years in the hospitality profession, this commenced in London Restaurants, Hotels and Theatres. Chris expanded his experiences seeking adventure in Europe, the USA and Asia prior to moving to New Zealand.
